4. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE 26-311\nARTS AND CULTURE MASTER PLAN UPDATE\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff Recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Moore, Iacofano,\nGoltsman, Inc. (MIG) in an amount not to exceed $132,655 to conduct an\nArts and Culture Master Plan Update (Attachment 1).\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $13,265 for\nunforeseen costs related to the project.\n3. Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the PSA and future\namendments to this agreement within Council authorized limits.\nAttachments: 1. PSA - Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman (MIG)\n2.
