EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY INCREASE FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE\nPROCESSING THROUGH DOCUSIGN, INC., TO SUPPORT ONGOING CITY\nOPERATIONS - Staff recommends an increase in expenditure authority with DocuSign,\nInc., for Citywide electronic signature processing.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve an increase of $17,700 in expenditure authority with DocuSign, Inc., for\nongoing electronic signature processing, for a total not to exceed subscription amount\nof $67,700 for Fiscal Year 2022-23.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute up to three additional one-year\nsubscription options, beginning in Fiscal Year 2023-24, not to exceed $70,000\nannually.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments subject to City Attorney approval.
