4.\nAmendment No. 2 to the Franchise Agreement for Municipal Solid Waste\nCollection Between the City of Laguna Niguel and CR&R Incorporated\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for the Collection,\nTransportation, Processing and Diversion of Recyclable Materials, Food\nScraps, Yard Trimmings, Wood, Construction and Demolition Debris and\nOther Materials and for the Collection, Transportation and Disposal of\nMunicipal Solid Waste Between the City of Laguna Niguel and CR&R\nIncorporated; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor the Collection, Transportation, Processing and Diversion of Recyclable\nMaterials, Food Scraps, Yard Trimmings, Wood, Construction and\nDemolition Debris and Other Materials and for the Collection, Transportation\nand Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste Between the City of Laguna Niguel\nand CR&R Incorporated, subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive\nchanges.
