9. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PINES PARK RESTROOM\nPROJECT (CIP #1378)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve award of a contract to Aneen Construction, Incorporated for construction of the Pines\nPark Restroom Project (CIP #1378), and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract and to\napprove any change orders if necessary; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Standard Consultant Services Agreement with GMU\nGeotechnical for materials observation and testing services for CIP #1378, as outlined in the Fiscal\nImpact Section; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Standard Consultant Services Agreement with WestLAND\nGroup, Incorporated, for surveying, construction staking and monument preservation for CIP\n#1378, as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section; and\n4) Approve expenditure and budget adjustments for CIP #1378 outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section.\nNEW BUSINESS
