ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SENATE BILL 1 (SB-1) PROJECT LIST FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 26/27\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 26/27 FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1 (SB-1), THE ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017\n2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to submit all required documentation to maintain\nfunding eligibility for FY26/27.\n3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution on behalf of the City.\n.

APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED FY26/27 MEASURE M2\nELIGIBILITY SUBMITTAL ITEMS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT CONCERNING THE\nSTATUS AND UPDATE OF THE LOCAL SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PLAN FOR THE\nMEASURE M2 (M2) PROGRAM; and,\n2) Approve the Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 2026-27 through FY 2032-\n33 and certify compliance, as required by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA),\nRenewed Measure M2 (M2) Program; and\n3) Authorize Staff to forward the necessary Renewed Measure M2 eligibility documentation to OCTA.

AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PINES PARK RESTROOM\nPROJECT (CIP #1378)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve award of a contract to Aneen Construction, Incorporated for construction of the Pines\nPark Restroom Project (CIP #1378), and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract and to\napprove any change orders if necessary; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Standard Consultant Services Agreement with GMU\nGeotechnical for materials observation and testing services for CIP #1378, as outlined in the Fiscal\nImpact Section; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Standard Consultant Services Agreement with WestLAND\nGroup, Incorporated, for surveying, construction staking and monument preservation for CIP\n#1378, as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section; and\n4) Approve expenditure and budget adjustments for CIP #1378 outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section.\nNEW BUSINESS
