AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR USER FEE STUDY RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Matrix Consulting Group to conduct a comprehensive user fee study for planning, building, and engineering fees.
