7. AGREEMENT FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS WITH 26-312\nSIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA) to Siemens Industry, Inc.\n(Siemens), 6141 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630, in an amount ranging\nfrom $259,817 to $309,441 annually, for a not-to-exceed total of $1,152,678\nover the four-year period for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning\n(HVAC) maintenance and repair services for City Hall and the Police\nDepartment facilities based on pricing from Sourcewell Contract #080824\n-SIE.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency annually for emergency\nresponse, special events, and other unforeseen repair costs.\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute a\nMaintenance Services Agreement (MSA) with Siemens Industry, Inc.\n(Siemens), 6141 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630 from July 1, 2026,\nthrough June 30, 2030, in substantially the final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAttachments: 1.
