L.\nConsider approving Professional Service Agreements and Amendments to\nexisting Professional Service Agreements for various Public Works Services.\n(Awwad)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to All\nCity Management Services, Inc. for school crossing guards and related\nservices in the amount not-to-exceed $456,160 plus a 15% contingency for a\nthree-year term through June 30, 2029, with an optional additional three-year\nextension; 2) Award a PSA to Platinum Management Group, Inc. for custodial\nservices in the amount not-to-exceed $603,038 for a five-year term through\nJune 30, 2031, with an optional one-year extension; 3) Approve Amendment\nNo. 1 to the PSA with MSW Consultants, Inc. for solid waste consulting and\nadministrative services, report preparation, grant applications, and other\nrelated services in the amount not-to-exceed $390,000 plus 15% contingency,\nextending the term by three years to June 30, 2029; 4) Approve Amendment\nNo. 1 to the PSA with SCA of CA for street sweeping and bus shelter cleaning\nservices in the amount not-to-exceed $1,548,021 plus 15% contingency,\nextending the term by three years to June 30, 2029; 5) Approve Amendment\nNo. 3 to the PSA for West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree trimming and\nmaintenance services thereby extending the term by one additional year\nthrough June 30, 2027 and increasing the total not-to-exceed sum to\n$3,041,478 over a term of seven years.\nAgenda Report
