3. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending that the Mayor and Council Members approve Amendment No. 1 to\nAgreement No. 21-190 with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. (SPM) to provide labor and materials to\ncomplete the City’s Pavement Delineation Services, including signage installation on public streets\nthroughout the community, according to the City’s Traffic Management and Operations Plan (TMOP), as\nwell as increase duties of the Agreement to include installation of new street signage related to trash\npickup and street sweeping services. (Sanitation Fund)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 21-190 in\nan amount not to exceed $972,000 (total contract amount\nnot to exceed $3,168,808); and\n2.
