FIREWORK DISPLAY PERMIT – SAN GABRIEL COUNTRY CLUBPyro Spectaculars, on behalf of the San Gabriel Country Club, has madeapplication to the San Gabriel Fire Department for a Fireworks permit toconduct a fireworks display on Country Club property on June 27, 2026. Thedisplay is to begin at 9:00pm and last for approximately 30 minutes. Pursuantto San Gabriel Municipal Code Title IX, Sections 96.21 – 96.23, City Councilapproval is required to issue a permit on approval and recommendation of theFire Chief for pyrotechnic displays.California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project asdefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.Recommended Action:Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the Fire Chief or Deputy FireMarshal to issue a Fireworks Permit to Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. contingent on themeeting the conditions of the application.
