C.\nConsider awarding Professional Services Agreements to NCB Incorporated\nand Witt O’Brien’s, LLC for on-call grant application and management\nservices. (Barnes)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement to NCB\nIncorporated for on-call grant application, management, and related services\nfor a one-year term, with two additional optional one-year term extensions, in\nan amount not-to-exceed $100,000; 2) Award a Professional Services\nAgreement to Witt O’Brien’s, LLC, for on-call grant application, management,\nand related services for a one-year term, with two additional optional one-year\nterm extensions, in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000; and, 3) Authorize the\nMayor to execute the Professional Service Agreements in forms approved by\nthe City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
