G.\nConsider a Professional Services Agreement with Mosaic Public Partners for\non-call managerial and executive-level recruitment services. (Godinez)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nMosaic Public Partners (Mosaic) in an amount not-to-exceed $55,000 for on-\ncall recruitment searches for up to two managerial or executive-level positions\nfor a two-year term; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the PSA, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
