(Awwad)\nRecommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-__, A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES\nAPPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY\nPROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG)\nFOR FISCAL YEARS 2026-27-2029-30; and, 2) Authorize the Public Works\nDirector to execute a Cooperative Agreement with LACDA for CDBG funding\nfor Fiscal Years 2026-27 to 2029-30 in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
