Introduce and waive first reading of an ordinance amending El Segundo\nMunicipal Code Title 15 to update and clarify definitions, permitted uses\nand development standards in various zones (clean-up ordinance), and\nfind that the ordinance is exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines section 15061(b)(3).\n3. Schedule the ordinance's second reading for the July 7, 2026, City\nCouncil meeting or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.\n4. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
