CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH NBS\nGOVERNMENT FINANCE GROUP FOR LIBRARY SPECIAL TAX ADMINISTRATION\nSERVICES FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM WITH TWO OPTIONAL ONE-YEAR\nEXTENSIONS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $47,500.\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\na. Approve an exemption from formal bid requirements for special tax administration\nservices as a professional service per South Pasadena Municipal Code art. II, §\n2.99-29 (12)\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year Agreement with two optional\n4\none-year extensions with NBS Government Finance Group for administration\nservices related to the levy and collection of the Library Special Tax for a total\namount not to exceed $47,500.
