I. Approving and Authorizing the Purchase of an Industrial Power\nSweeper for Coastal and Street Grooming Operations - That the\nCity Council adopt Resolution 7795: 1. Approving and authorizing\nthe purchase for (1) Haacker Total Clean PowerBoss Armadillo 9X\nIndustrial Power Sweeper from Haacker Total Clean pursuant to the\nCooperative Purchase Contract with the Los Angeles Community\nCollege District Master Agreement Contract #40590, in accordance\nwith the cooperative purchasing procedures set forth in Seal Beach\nMunicipal Code Section 3.20.025(D), in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$66,726.23; and, 2. Approving and directing the City Manager to\napprove purchase orders and any necessary related documents for\nthe industrial power sweeper purchase; and, 3. Approving and\n\nauthorizing the City Manager to surplus existing equipment upon the\nreceipt of the new equipment purchases.
