City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council reject the bid 26-1442\nprotest submitted by Eagle Paving, LLC, and award a\nPublic Works Agreement (PWA) to Onyx Paving Company,\nInc in the amount of $11,156,000 for the FY 2025-26\nPavement Rehabilitation Project; authorize the City\nEngineer to execute Contract Change Orders (CCOs) in the\namount not to exceed $500,000 with Onyx Paving\nCompany for a total project budget not to exceed\n$11,656,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
