12. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council: 26-1513\n1. Accept and appropriate the grant award from the\nRegional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) in the\namount of $472,843;\n2. Approve the Professional Services Agreement (PSA)\nwith Interfaith Community Services (ICS) for\ndiversion-focused services in the amount not to exceed\n$303,716;\n3. Approve budget for lease agreement with\nKruger/Wilkinson Trust for office space located at 804 Pier\nView Way, Suites 208 and 209 to house ICS staff;\n4. Approve funding in the amount of $100,000 for FY 2026\n-27 for the continuation of Resolution Strategies Services.\n5. Authorize the City Manager or Designee to execute all\nrelevant documents and agreements upon receipt of all\nsupporting documentation.
