22. CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 8014 APPROVING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-2027 CITY BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\na. Hold a Public Hearing;\nb. Review and discuss the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Proposed Budget, including the\nCapital Improvement Plan; and\nc. Adopt Resolution No. 8014 (Attachment 1) approving the FY 2026-2027 Budget,\nsubject to such modifications or amendments as may be stated by the City Council\nin its motion to approve such Resolution.
