CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE STAFF TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE\nACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM CYCLE 8 GRANT FOR THE ARROYO\nDRIVE NATURE TRAIL AND BICYCLE CYCLE TRACK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nFOR AN AMOUNT UP TO $10,000,000\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\na. Direct staff to submit an application forthe Active Transportation Program, Cycle 8,\nfor the Arroyo Drive Nature Trail and Bicycle Cycle Track Improvement Project; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all related applications,\ncertifications, agreements, and related documents.
