Forward recommendation to the City Council for Consensus and Final Action.\n6.\nAuthorization to Amend Property & Evidence Bureau Backlog Services from Retired Annuitant\nAgreement to a Professional Services Agreement\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Evdence Solutions\nLLC for Property and Evidence Bureau backlog remediation services in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to redirect the remaining balance of $146,340.00 from the\npreviously approved Measure BP appropriation to fund the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Evdence Solutions LLC, and make any necessary budget adjustments.
