11.\nAuthorization to renew agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Authorize funding request as shown on the Table under the FISCAL IMPACT using ARPA\nand Measure BP funds in the amount of $720,612.84 to cover the five-year body-worn camera\nand in-car video program renewal amendment; and\n2. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for body-\nworn camera and in-car video system renewal services under Sourcewell Cooperative\nPurchasing Contract #101223-AXN-; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriation and necessary budget adjustment,\nreallocate and re-obligate ARPA and Measure BP funds between the body-worn and vehicle\ncamera and Council Chamber projects expenditure deadline; and\n4. Direct the Director of Finance to bring back the addendums to Inter-Agency Agreements\nbetween the City and Public Works and Police departments for review and approval by end of\nJuly 2026.
