20.\nConduct Public Hearing and Approval the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct Public Hearing;\n2. Approve the Final 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the documents required for submission of this plan for\nCDBG and HOME funds to HUD.\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
