H. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of Maintenance Service\nAgreements for On-Call Utility and Electrical Maintenance,\nRepair and Emergency/Unexpected Task Services - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7794: 1. Approving and authorizing the\nCity Manager to execute an on-call maintenance service agreement\nwith T.E. Roberts, Inc., in the amount of $600,000 to provide On-Call\nUtility Maintenance, Repair and Emergency/Unexpected Task\nServices for a three (3) year term; and, 2. Approving and authorizing\nthe City Manager to execute an on-call maintenance service\nagreement with Valverde Construction, Inc., in the amount of\n$600,000 to provide On-Call Utility Maintenance, Repair and\nEmergency/Unexpected Task Services for a three (3) year term;\nand, 3. Approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an\non-call maintenance service agreement with W.A. Rasic\nConstruction Company, Inc. in the amount of $600,000 to provide\nOn-Call Utility Maintenance, Repair and Emergency/Unexpected\nTask Services for a three (3) year term; and, 4. Approving and\nauthorizing the City Manager to execute an on-call maintenance\nservice agreement with Amtek Construction in the amount of\n$300,000 to provide On-Call Electrical Maintenance, Repair and\nEmergency/Unexpected Task Services for a three (3) year term;\nand, 5. Approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an\non-call maintenance service agreement with Baker Electric in the\namount of $300,000 to provide On-Call Electrical Maintenance,\nRepair and Emergency/Unexpected Task Services for a three (3)\nyear term; and, 6. Approving and authorizing the City Manager the\noption to extend any or all such maintenance service agreements for\nUtility Maintenance, Repair and Emergency/Unexpected Task\nServices for up to two (2) additional one-year terms after its original\nterm, in a not-to exceed amount of $200,000 per one-year\nextension, and to execute any such extension; and, 7. Approving\nand authorizing the City Manager the option to extend any or all\nsuch maintenance service agreements for up to two (2) additional\none-year terms after its original term, in a not-to exceed amount of\n$100,000 per one-year extension, and to execute any such\nextension.
