19. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1424\nAmendment 1 in the amount of $73,264 for a total not to\nexceed amount of $138,440 to the Public Works\nAgreement with Rancho Del Oro Landscape &\nMaintenance, Inc for landscape maintenance services for\nEl Corazon medians, the Senior Center & Aquatic Center,\nand the City owned property located at 3127-3135\nOceanside Blvd, for a one-year term effective July 1, 2026\nto expire on June 30, 2027, for a total contract amount of\n$138,440; authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment upon receipt of all supporting documents, and\nauthorize the Financial Services Director, or designee to\nexecute the purchase order.
