City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 26-1549\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Stephen\nDalton Architects (SDA), in the amount of $116,633, to\nconduct a Feasibility Analysis Report for the Harbor Marine\nSafety Unit Modular Building Project; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
