Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Budget Update\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council review the\nproposed update to the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating and Capital Budget and\ntake the following actions:\n1. Adopt a Resolution Amending the Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27\nOperating and Capital Budget (Attachment A);\n2. Adopt a Resolution Adopting the Compensation Plans for the Management\nand Professional, General, Fire, and Miscellaneous, Part Time, Temporary\nand Hourly Employees for Fiscal Year 2026-27, and Authorizing\nreclassification of Finance Manager position to Finance Director (Attachment\nB);\n3. Adopt a Resolution Establishing the Fixed Charge Assessments for Bonded\nIndebtedness for Fiscal Year 2026-27 (Attachment C);\n4. Adopt a Resolution Establishing the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2026-\n27 (Attachment D);\n5. Adopt a Resolution Setting User Fee Schedule effective July 1, 2026\n(Attachment E); and,\n6. Adopt a Resolution Setting Parking Violation Schedule effective July 1, 2026\n(Attachment F).
