11. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH\nKIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO EXTEND ON-CALL PAVEMENT\nMANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES, FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT\nOF $60,000.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that City Council:\na. Approve an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (Attachment No. 1)\nwith Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide on-call pavement management\nsupport services, including pavement management analysis and updates to the\nCity's Pavement Management Plan, as described in the proposal (Attachment No.\n2) in an amount new not-to-exceed $60,000 in the form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nb. Authorize the City Manager to approve all related documents, in final form by the\nCity Attorney.
