9.\nAdoption of Resolution No. 2026-011, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin\nPark, California, Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Landscape and Lighting\nMaintenance Assessment District for FY 2026-2027, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect\nAssessments, and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing”\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-011 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nBaldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Landscape and\nLighting Maintenance Assessment District (Fund 251) for FY 2026-27, Declaring the Intent to\nLevy and Collect Assessments, and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing.”\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to process payment request for Community Economic\nSolutions, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000 for preparation of the Engineer’s Report.\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary appropriation and budget adjustments\nto cover the shortfall from the General Fund or Gas Tax during the FY 2026-27 mid-year\nbudget review.
