21.\nPublic Hearing and Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-017 of the City Council of the City of\nBaldwin Park Confirming the Advisory Committee’s Report and Levying the Assessment in the\nBaldwin Park Citywide Business Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2026-27\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt Resolution No. 2026-017,\nentitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,\nCONFIRMING THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE’S REPORT AND LEVYING THE\nASSESSMENT IN THE BALDWIN PARK CITYWIDE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT\nDISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027”; and\n2. Approve the FY 2026-27 BIT budget allocation\nCONCURRENT PUBLIC HEARINGS: CITY COUNCIL, SUCCESSOR AGENCY, FINANCE\nAUTHORITY, HOUSING AUTHORITY AND MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY
