26. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council: 26-1515\n1. Accept and appropriate the grant award from the San\nDiego Housing Commission (SDHC) for the Diversion\nCollective Partnership Opportunity Program in the amount\nof $75,000;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or Designee to execute all\ngrant agreements, memoranda of understanding,\nprofessional services agreements, and all other documents\nnecessary to implement the program, upon receipt of all\nsupporting documentation; and\n3. Authorize the Housing and Neighborhood Services\nDepartment to administer diversion and housing-focused\nproblem-solving services in coordination with\ncommunity-based service providers and regional partners.
