17. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council: 26-1512\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nInterfaith Community Services (ICS), in the amount of\n$1,175,000, for Fiscal Year 2026-27, supporting continued\nprovision of outreach, case management, and stabilization\nservices along the State Route 78 corridor;\n2. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nInterfaith Community Services (ICS), in the amount of\n$1,373,195, for FY 2026-27 for continuation of the Rapid\nRehousing Program Services targeting high-acuity\nunsheltered individuals;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nrelevant documents and agreements upon receipt of all\nsupporting documentation.
