4.8 AWARD CONTRACT TO AXXESS DOOR COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS FOR\nTHE ALISO VIEJO RANCH AUTOMATIC DOOR (ADA) UPGRADE PROJECT\nRecommended Actions:\n1. Approve the contract documents, specifications, and plans for the Aliso Viejo\nRanch Automatic Door (ADA) Upgrade Project;\n2. Award a contract in the amount of $64,935.46 to Axxess Door Commercial\nSolutions as the lowest responsible bidder for the Aliso Viejo Ranch Automatic\nDoor (ADA) Upgrade Project;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Axxess Door\nCommercial Solutions;\n4. Authorize City staff to provide total compensation to Axxess Door Commercial\nSolutions up to $67,435.67 plus $3,246.77 (5% of the contract amount) to allow\nfor contingencies, totaling $68,182.23; and
