6.1 PUMP TRACK PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nProvide direction to staff on the approval or disapproval of the Pump Track\nCapital Improvement Project initially proposed by Mayor Max Duncan for Fiscal\nYear 2026-27. Approval of the project would include the following:\n1. Staff working with Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) to\nobtain approval for a location and a land-use agreement for the\nconstruction and operation of a pump track.\n2. Staff undergoing the purchasing process for the design and construction\nof the pump track, which may include using a cooperative\npurchasing agreement.
