4.8 AWARD CONTRACT TO AXXESS DOOR COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE ALISO VIEJO RANCH AUTOMATIC DOOR (ADA) UPGRADE PROJECT Recommended Actions: 1. Approve the contract documents, specifications, and plans for the Aliso Viejo Ranch Automatic Door (ADA) Upgrade Project; 2. Award a contract in the amount of $64,935.46 to Axxess Door Commercial Solutions as the lowest responsible bidder for the Aliso Viejo Ranch Automatic Door (ADA) Upgrade Project; 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Axxess Door Commercial Solutions; 4. Authorize City staff to provide total compensation to Axxess Door Commercial Solutions up to $67,435.67 plus $3,246.77 (5% of the contract amount) to allow for contingencies, totaling $68,182.23; and
