6.1 PUMP TRACK PROJECT Recommended Action: Provide direction to staff on the approval or disapproval of the Pump Track Capital Improvement Project initially proposed by Mayor Max Duncan for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Approval of the project would include the following: 1. Staff working with Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) to obtain approval for a location and a land-use agreement for the construction and operation of a pump track. 2. Staff undergoing the purchasing process for the design and construction of the pump track, which may include using a cooperative purchasing agreement. Contracts for the design and construction of the project will be brought to City Council for approval.
