10. CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nA TRUNARC DELTA HANDHELD ANALYZER FROM THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize a budget transfer of $31,200.00 from account #270-4010-4015-8170\n(Asset Forfeiture-Professional Services) into account #270-4010-4015-8520 (Asset\n3\nForfeiture – Machinery and Equipment);\n2. Find that the purchase of the Trunarc Delta Handheld Analyzer from Thermo Fisher\nScientific is in the best interest of the City pursuant to Section 2.99-29(9)(d); and\n3. Authorize a Purchase Order in the amount of $47,048.84 with Thermo Fisher\nScientific using funds from account #270-4010-4015-8520 (Asset Forfeiture – Machinery\nand Equipment).
