13.\nAppropriate Measure BP Funds, and Accept and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Completion\nfor City Project, CIP 20-129 San Gabriel River Bikeway - Greening\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the construction improvements completed by Griffith Company for CIP 20-129 —\nSan Gabriel River Bikeway Greening Project, and\n2. Approve a Budget Amendment of $383,790 into the CIP project from Measure BP; and\n3. Authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Recorder's\nOffice for CIP 20-129; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget\nadjustments.\n5. Authorize the Public Works Director to release retention and close out the project in\naccordance with the contract documents.
