22.\nPublic Hearing and Adoption of the Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 for the City, Finance\nAuthority, Municipal Financing Authority, Housing Authority and Successor Agency\n1. It is recommended that the City Council open a public hearing, and following the public hearing,\nadopt the fiscal year 2026-27 Budget for:\n• City of Baldwin Park by Resolution No. 2026-015, and\n• Finance Authority by Resolution No. FA 2026-001, and\n• Municipal Financing Authority by Resolution No. MFA 2026-001, and\n• Housing Authority by Resolution No. HA 2026-002, and\n• Successor Agency by Resolution No. SA 2026-002, or\n2. In the event the budget is not adopted by July 1, 2026, staff recommend that the City Council\napprove Continuing Appropriation for:\n• City of Baldwin Park by Resolution No. 2026-016, and\n• Finance Authority by Resolution No. FA 2026-002, and\n• Municipal Financing Authority by Resolution No. MFA 2026-002, and\n• Housing Authority by Resolution No. HA 2026-003, and\n• Successor Agency by Resolution No. SA 2026-003.\n3.
