Approving a Sales Order Agreement between\nSeal Beach, under the County of Orange’s Master Agreement with\nSharp Regional Cooperative Agreement (RCA) Contract RCA-017-\n\n23010022 for Digital Multifunction Copiers, Printers, Software,\nRelated Accessories and Services between the County of Orange,\nCalifornia, and C3 Office Solutions DBA C3 Tech, as amended,\neffective May 23, 2025 through May 2, 2030; and, 2.
