A. Senate Bill 707 Brown Act Implementation: Consideration of (1)\na Legislative Body Reasonable Accommodation Policy for\nRemote Participation at Meetings; (2) a Reasonable\nAccommodation Policy for Public Participation at Brown Act\nMeetings; and (3) an Internet Service and Telephonic Service\nDisruption Policy for All City Council, Commission, Committee,\nand Board Meetings - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7791\nto adopt the following policies to implement provisions of the Brown\nAct, as recently amended by Senate Bill 707 (SB 707): 1) a\nLegislative Body Reasonable Accommodation Policy for Remote\nParticipation at Meetings; and, 2) a Reasonable Accommodation\nPolicy for Public Participation at Brown Act Meetings; and, 3) an\nInternet Service and Telephonic Service Disruption Policy for City\nCouncil, Commission, Committee, and Board Meetings.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nItems on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and are enacted by a\nsingle motion with the exception of items removed by Council Members.
