F. Approving Submittal of FY 2026-27 Measure M2 Eligibility\nPackage and its Components - That the City Council: 1. Adopt\nResolution 7792 Concerning the Status and Update of the Local\nAdopt the seven-year Measure M2 Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 through 2032-2033; and, 3. Direct\nthe City Manager, or their designee, to file the adopted Resolution,\nCapital Improvement Program and the Measure M2 eligibility\ndocuments with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in\ncompliance with the requirements of OCTA.
