P. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Public Works\nAgreement with T.E. Roberts, Inc. for the LCWA Watermain\nLining – Trenchless Technology Improvements, CIP WT2103 -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7801: 1. Approving the\nplans, specifications, and contract documents for the LCWA\nWatermain Lining – Trenchless Technology Improvements, CIP\nWT2103; and, 2. Awarding a Public Works Agreement to T.E.\nRoberts, Inc. for the Project in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$3,209,485; finding bids submitted by Minako America Corporation\ndba Minco Construction and Vortex Services, LLC as non-\nresponsive; and rejecting all other bids; and, 3. Authorizing the City\nManager to execute the Public Works Agreement with T.E. Roberts,\nInc. for the Project; and authorizing the City Manager to approve\nadditional work requests up to $320,950 (approximately 10%), in\n\nconnection with the Project; and, 4. Authorizing the City Manager to\napprove construction support services in the amount of $234,976 in\nconnection with the Project, including engineering and\nenvironmental support, construction management, and inspection\nservices, to be performed by the City’s on-call professional services\ncontractors.
