G. Approving and Authorizing Professional Services Agreement\nwith Siemens Industry, Inc. for HVAC Maintenance and Repair\nServices - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7793: 1.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. to provide HVAC\nMaintenance and Repair Services for a three (3) year term in a not-\nto-exceed amount of $144,336; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the\nCity Manager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City\nManager the option to extend the Agreement up to two (2) additional\none-year terms after its original term at an adjusted rate for each\noptional term calculated on the lesser of either (a) the most recent\ncooperative purchasing program renewal pricing under Sourcewell\nContract #080824-SIE in effect at time of election of the renewal\noption, or (b) six (6) percent of each term extension’s contract price;\nand, 4. Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to approve repair\nservices and additional work requests in the amount of $40,000 per\nyear.
