B Consideration and possible action to read by title only, waive further reading,\nand introduce Ordinance No. 1458 – An Ordinance amending Chapter 2.32 of\nthe Bellflower Municipal Code regarding the regular Planning Commission\nmeetings and meeting minutes.\nCEQA: The Ordinance is exempt from additional review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et sea., “CEQA”) and\nregulations promulgated thereunder (14 California Code of Regulations §§ 15000, et\nsea., the “CEQA Guidelines”) because under CEQA Guidelines §§ 15061 (b) (3) and\n15378(b)(5), the Ordinance establishes internal governmental procedures that have\nno potential to cause a significant effect on the environment.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Read by title only, waive further reading, and\nintroduce Ordinance No. 1458, amending BMC chapter 2.32; and 2) Direct the\nCity Manager to revise the Planning Commission schedule to meet once a month\non the 3rd Mondays of the month; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action\nrelated to this item.
