FINANCE COMMITTEE: AMENDMENTS TO FISCAL YEAR 2026 OPERATING BUDGET (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a “project” subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nPublic Resources Code Section 21065 and within the meaning of State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378; and\n(2) Amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Operating Budget as detailed in the agenda report by a net amount of $8,056,000.
