Waive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and approve an increase to the current\nmaster agreement with OCR Aviation, in the amount of $30,000 increasing the agreement from\n$50,000 to $80,000, for as needed airplane engine and airframe parts, components and labor for\nthe Police Air Support Division.
