17. Approve the Fifth Amendment to Agreement with Lyons Security Service, Inc. for Emergency\nShelter Security at The Salvation Army (TSA) Anaheim Emergency Shelter (AES) located at 1455\nS. Salvation Place and surrounding area extending the term of the Agreement by two years from\nJuly 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028 with an additional one-year option; increase the maximum contract\nauthority by $5,112,815.68; authorize the Housing and Community Development Director, or\ndesignee, to execute the Amendment, as well as any subsequent amendments or documents\nnecessary for the continuation or clarification of security services at TSA AES and surrounding\narea, provided they are approved by the City Attorney’s Office and do not increase the maximum\ncontract authority payable to Lyons Security.
