15. Approve an Agreement with Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc., in an amount not to exceed\n$412,500, to provide on-call surge ambulance services to Anaheim Fire & Rescue for a five year\nterm; and authorize the Fire Chief, or designees, to execute the agreement and related\ndocuments, including any cost-neutral amendments and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement, fund, and administer the agreement.
