14. Approve the Service Agreement with Contemporary Services Corporation to provide contract\nEvent Crowd Control services at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) to supplement the\nConvention Center’s existing labor force, in an amount not-to-exceed $350,000 per contract year,\nfor a three year term with two additional one-year renewal terms (cumulative contract amount not-\nto-exceed $1,750,000, with a majority of the costs being reimbursed by the tenants or promoters\nof the ACC and with the City’s cost not to exceed $15,000 per contract year); authorize the\nExecutive Director of the Convention, Sports & Entertainment Department to execute the\nagreement and any other related documents, including all actions necessary to implement and\nadminister the Agreement; and approve additional expenditures not to exceed 20% of the\ncontract amount for extra work not included in the Scope of Work.\n4 June 23, 2026
